RETURNS POLICY

Warranties

We provide a blanket minimum 12 month warranty across all of our products (some products carry a 24 or 36 month warranty). This covers manufacturers’ defects but does not cover damage as a result of general wear and tear, incorrect use of a product or damage directly relating to an incident that the product wouldn't reasonably be expected to handle or stand up to.

If you have a warranty claim, please get in touch with us via the Contact Us page - we will repair or replace accepted warranty claims 100% free of charge. 

The benefits to you under this warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.

Guaranteed fit

All of our products are guaranteed to fit the vehicle specified in your order. Largely our products are made to order, so although we strive for 100% first time, every time, unfortunately we do not live in a perfect world and mistakes can happen. Should there be a problem with the fitting of your products for any reason, please get in touch with us first and we will be more than happy to help - we are here to make your experience a pleasant one! Should products need to be returned or replaced due to ill-fitting, this will also be covered free of charge.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns

We can only replace or refund if the item:

  • does not match the description on our website
  • does not match your chosen colours
  • does not in fit your vehicle at all, despite you having ordered correctly
  • has a major problem for which we are responsible.

To seek a return or make a claim on our warranty, you will need to provide us with your name, proof of purchase from us, vehicle details and evidence of the problem (eg photographic or video evidence).

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to check vehicle details when ordering. Please check the pattern image and product details in the product listing before ordering. If this does not look correct, please get in touch and we will be happy to help you out.

If you are not sure about the fit, if your car is from a change-over year or if you don't see an option available to select your vehicle, just contact us and we can help. Simply email us at orders@rubbertree.com.au with your vehicle information.

Other remedies

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
